Deposit policy: requires a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total estimated room charge. We will send you the confirmation letter for your reference. If room not available, we shall inform you the available room type or period for your option.
Cancellation policy: requires 14 days prior to the expected arrival date.
No show policy: a one night charge and applicable service charge and government tax for rooms held will be charged in the event of no show.
Early check-out policy: if check-out before the original check-out date detailed on the reservation, guest will be charged in full with applicable service charge and government tax.
*The charge will be made on the guest’s credit card as provided at time of reservation.
